Client: Spacestation Gaming

In 2024 Spacestation Gaming was asked to host their first ever Halo Championship series major. This was a tremendous project that involved my team creating signage, advertising, activations, merchandise, badges, tickets, and set dressing for the event. I worked directly with other designers, guest artists, 3d modelers, professional event planners and printers. Our mandate was to make over 120k square feet of convention space into a three day event that the Halo community would never forget. Large scale wall projection, lasers and parody advertisements transformed the space into a futuristic city, bursting with sci-fi edge and a touch of goofy humor. Among the many attractions were a carnival with games and prizes, a scavenger hunt, a temporary tattoo booth, a racetrack for RC Warthogs, an arcade packed with rare and vintage Japanese games, and much more. All included free of charge with an event ticket! The community responded with overwhelming appreciation for out efforts, and SSG completed a legendary season with victory at this event and the world championship later that year!
