Client: Dr Seuss

While working with Design of Today, I was asked to build a display typeface for our client, the Dr. Seuss brand. The font is based on the iconic cover created by Seuss himself for How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Careful consideration was taken while vectorizing and modifying Seuss’ original letters to keep the playful handcrafted aesthetic intact. This task also involved creating many new letters and symbols to complete the set. This font has been used for official Seuss projects, including the Amazon Prime reality show Dr. Seuss Baking Challenge.
