Design of Today was hired by Dreamworks to design an exhibition for She Ra and the Princesses of Power. This project had a tight turnaround, and required coordination with White Clouds, an Ogden UT company that specializes in fantastic sculptures and interactive booth elements. Using early stage production art from the show as a base, we created wall to wall graphics for life size photo opportunities throughout the world of Etheria. My duties involved brainstorming activation ideas, altering client artwork into seamless backgrounds (including spot illustration to fill gaps) creating layout plans for fabricators, and quality checking with suppliers in person. The final booth featured a huge statue of She Ra, a villains lair complete with throne, and an interactive Sword of Power for guests to pose with.
